@1221tam Hey there! You can have a natural health doctor test for it. Some
of the common symptoms is extreme sugar cravings, brain fog, and constantly
feeling tired even when you have gotten a good nights rest.
Oregano — either in fresh leaves in cooking or oil — is something I’ve
used in the past for parasites, so perhaps it might also work for candida
as well. I used to have my toothbrush sit in a little jar of peroxide and
a couple drops of super strong oregano oil (cleaned the jar after each
brushing, though) because it would block the bacteria in the mouth from
getting back into the body.
As for the garlic, I also ended up chewing on a tsp. of garlic flakes right
in the morning for about a week, and that was actually good enough for me
that I didn’t have to take a capsule. Yes, it does cause a breath issue,
but the health benefit was worth it to me.
Very interesting, I’ve never heard of this before I will definitely look
into it more…thanks for the info :)
I find your videos very helpful. Its interesting I eat alot of garlic , and
when I do my sugar cravings decrease dramatically. Can I find probiotic
bacteria in non dairy foods , without having to take the supplements?
Thx for keeping us aware
Interesting tips. Thank you for sharing. I’ve heard a lot about candida but
would like to know how one determines if they have an issue with overgrowth
of it. Seems to be much debate about it and how to cure it.
