The thing that has helped me kick my sugar cravings to the curb is coconut oil. Coconut oil has literally saved me from my sweet tooth I used to have.

In order for you get rid of your sweet tooth, you must be a teaspoon of coconut oil 3 times a day. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once before you go to bed.
